Itinerary
Leaving Quito around 10:00 am in our private transportation, we will stop for lunch. We will continue to the refuge parking lot. After a brief rest at the refuge we will go to the glaciers (optional) where our guide will give us all the details and advice about climbing (how to use the equipment, how to walk on the glacier and what we would do in any type of emergency). . Then we will go back down to the refuge to have dinner and rest for the night. FOOD: -/L/D
We will wake up at midnight, have breakfast and prepare for our ascent. We will begin the ascent at 1:00 am, and it will take us approximately 5 to 6 hours (depending on weather conditions) to reach the summit; where we can enjoy some of the most beautiful views in the world. Then we will go back down to the refuge; Once we arrive, we will pack up our equipment and head towards Quito,
