- 📅 Bookings and Payments Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized digital platforms. By confirming your booking, you accept the prices, itineraries, and conditions described in the tour package.
- 🔄 Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 50% refund. Cancellations between 20 and 10 days: partial refund. Cancellations less than 9 days before the trip: no refund. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government closures), rescheduling or credit for future experiences will be offered.
- 🧍♂️ Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for carrying valid documents (ID, passport, visas). Must inform us of medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to travel. Respect for local culture, environmental norms, and ethical behavior is mandatory.
