After traveling by bus to the Cuyabeno Bridge, (check in at 12:00 pm) our guide will be waiting to pick you up and take you to the canoes that will take us to our camp "Cuyabeno River Lodge". After lunch, we will do the adaptation walk along the "Ceibo Trail" of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. In the evening, we will have a briefing for the next day's activities.
Breakfast at 07:30 am. Then, we will leave in the canoe, towards the Lagunas complex with an impressive tour, observing during the journey, different species of animals and birds such as Monkeys, Hoatzins, Herons, River Ducks, Kingfishers, etc. and with a lot of luck, sloths. Once in the Laguna Grande, we will be able to enjoy the surroundings and observe pink dolphins. In the lagoon we can also see the flooded forest, where we will try to find the Anacondas. In La Hormiga (Laguna Grande) we will look for a suitable place to have an appetizing box lunch. In the afternoon we will take a refreshing swim in the centre of Laguna Grande and watch the sunset. At a suitable time our guide will propose a return trip where we will be able to observe caimans on the way back to the camp. Dinner and overnight.
Very early in the morning, we will go bird watching (optional activity). Remember to tell the guide the night before to wake you up so you can go on this activity.
